At SodaStream, we want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our site. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specific safety handling requirements and may have different return eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your SodaStream machine and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and prevent damage to the carbonation components.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
