Only our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Classic plastic carbonating bottles should be hand-washed with lukewarm water and mild soap to maintain their structural integrity.
What is the shipping policy for gas cylinders?
Due to safety regulations, CO2 cylinders are shipped via ground transportation. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
Can I use any water with my SodaStream?
Yes, you can use any plain water. However, for the best carbonation results and taste, we recommend using cold, filtered water directly from your refrigerator.
